Jokihelmi indoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Padasjoki is open Monday to Friday from 2pm to 8:30pm and also on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30am to 10am. On Sundays, the indoor swimming pool is open from 2pm to 7pm. The pool is closed on Saturdays. Jokihelmi also offers swimming for groups by reservation, including swimming lessons and water aerobics.

SYSMÄ INDOOR SWIMMING POOL
Sysmä indoor swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Friday 6:30am to 8:30am and 4pm to 8pm, as well as on Wednesdays from 11am to 1pm. On Saturdays the indoor swimming pool is open from 11am to 2:30pm. The swimming pool is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The swimming pool also offers water aerobics and swimming lessons.
